COURSE DESCRIPTION
หลักการสำคัญในการเป็นผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจมีเดีย การหาจุดแข็ง สร้างความแตกต่าง การหาแหล่งทุน การตลาดและการบริหารแบรนด์ การบริหารจัดการโครงการ แบบจำลองธุรกิจ การวางแผนโครงการ การนำเสนอโครงการ การแก้ปัญหาโครงการ และการบัญชีการเงินของโครงการ
Important principle of being a media business entrepreneur, finding stratengths that make a difference, funding, marketing and brand management, project management, business project model, project planning, project presentation, project solution and project financial accounting.

PROJECT PRESENTATION
MonSoon Sim is designed to help styudent to see the whole business operations. Each student has to form a group with other student (ideally 5 student per group).
Instruction to play the simultion game will be advised during the class.
Student can test the knowledge with the game anytime.
Students are required to finish the Business Simulation Game and justify reasons on the business performance.
Group presentation is required as part of the course completion
