COURSE DESCRIPTION

หลักการเบื้องต้นในกระบวนการจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์ การวิเคราะห์อุตสาหกรรม การกำหนดและใช้ประโยชน์จากทรัพยากร การสร้างความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขันที่ยั่งยืน การกำหนดและนำกลยุทธ์ไปปฎิบัติทั้งกลยุทธ์ในการแข่งขันและกลยุทธระดับองค์กร

COURSE LEARNNG OBJECTIVES

Develop a strategic plan for given case
Role play: pricing IPO and pitching

Other activities: Analysis report: (1) Outside reading and identify strategic gap for question development (2) Summarizing the strategic thought, key success decisions, and how he/she is using the IPO as a source of fund for business expansion (3) Diversification and synergy for competitive advantage of CP group ; (4) What they should do (and which tool) for organization excellent?
